Once received and inspected, your refund is processed promptly.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in their original, sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, certain consumable products may not be eligible for return once opened.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) after the returned item passes inspection.
